At Pharco, we want the products you order from pharco.ro to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Before completing your order, you can check the available delivery method, the selected address, the shipping cost, and the total amount due.
1. Delivery methods
Orders placed on pharco.ro can be delivered within Romania through one of the following methods:
Courier delivery via FAN Courier, to your address
Your order is shipped via FAN Courier to the address entered at checkout.
The cost of courier delivery is 30 lei.
To avoid delays, please carefully check the recipient’s name, phone number, city, county, street, and house/building number before placing your order.
On the day of delivery, the courier may contact the recipient using the details provided when the order was placed. The package is handed over according to the courier company’s own procedures.
FANbox delivery
If this option is available for the selected products and location, your order can be delivered to a FANbox locker chosen at checkout.
The cost of FANbox delivery is shown before you place your order and is included in the total amount displayed at checkout.
Once the package is placed in the locker, you’ll receive the pickup instructions and details via SMS and/or email. The package must be picked up within the timeframe communicated by the delivery operator. If this period expires, the package may be removed from the FANbox and returned to the sender.
FANbox availability may depend on the location, package size, locker capacity, and the carrier’s conditions. If the selected locker becomes unavailable, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option.
2. Delivery time
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, on business days. The order processing time is a maximum of 2 business days and represents the period required to prepare the order for shipment (picking, checking and packaging the products, as well as issuing the necessary fiscal and shipping documents). The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the completion of order processing and handover of the parcel to the courier company, and represents the time required by the carrier to deliver the parcel to the address provided by the customer.
The delivery time may be affected by product availability, the destination locality, non-business days, periods of high demand, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the control of Pharco or the carrier.
If a product is no longer available or the order cannot be shipped under the conditions initially communicated, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
3. Checking your package
When you receive your order, we recommend checking the outer condition of the package. If the packaging is visibly damaged, unsealed, or shows clear signs of improper handling, please ask the courier to note this and contact us as soon as possible.
If, after opening the package, you find that a product is damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, please send us your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, relevant photos.
4. Orders that cannot be delivered
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery details. Pharco cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, a wrong phone number, or an inability to reach the recipient.
If delivery cannot be completed, or if the package is not picked up from the FANbox within the communicated timeframe, it may be returned to Pharco. Reshipping may require order confirmation and payment of a new shipping fee, if applicable.
5. Payment method
Currently, orders placed on pharco.ro can be paid using the following payment methods:
- Online payment by card, through the payment processor available on the website;
- Cash on delivery (COD), upon receipt of the parcel, for orders delivered by courier.
Online Payment by Card
Payment is made securely through the payment processor available on the checkout page. Card details are entered on the payment processor’s secure page and are not stored by pharco.ro.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
a. In the case of delivery by courier to the address
The value of the order and the shipping cost are paid to the courier upon delivery of the parcel. Payment is made using the methods accepted by the carrier at the time of delivery. If you’d like to pay by card to the courier, we recommend checking in advance whether the delivery agent is equipped with a POS terminal.
b. In the case of delivery to a FANbox
For orders with cash on delivery delivered to a FANbox, payment is made by card at the locker terminal, according to the instructions provided by the operator. The parcel can be collected after payment has been confirmed.
The final amount payable, including the shipping cost, is displayed on the checkout page and in the order confirmation.
6. Invoicing
The invoice is issued based on the billing details entered when the order was placed. Please review this information carefully before completing your order.
The invoice may be sent electronically to the email address provided with the order and/or through other means required by applicable law.
7. Additional information
After placing an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation message. The order is considered accepted once confirmed by Pharco, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions page.

Pharco may update its delivery and payment methods, rates, or conditions for future orders. The conditions that apply to a given order are those displayed and accepted by the customer before the order is placed.
